The 47-year-old man wanted for a missing Omaha woman has been arrested in Central America, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. “We made a phone call to him the day we started our investigation trying to find out who all, you know, relatives, could be talking to her,” said Eric Sellers, with the Sheriff’s Office Douglas County.

“He told me one day the police will find him and at the end of the day he said he wanted to go to jail to serve his time for killing the girl,” Fuentes said.
Fuentes said he believes Scott buried Allen at his home in Kansas.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said she still has not been found, despite an exhaustive search.
“I hope her mom and dad get justice,” Fuentes said.
Fuentes was released, authorities in Belize did not find any illegal drugs or weapons.
Scott is in Texas, no word on how long it will take to extradite him back to Nebraska. He should have an extradition hearing this week.
The sheriff’s office said deputies are now there interviewing him.
