There is a very clear battle going on over the stars of “America’s Got Talent: All Stars.”
The best acts from the international “Got Talent” franchise continue to be selected in the finals with their appearances on NBC’s Super Competition (Monday, 8 EST/PST). Among the show’s judges – Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel – only Cowell was able to hit the golden buzzer on Monday, securing the act’s place in the final. (The runner-up in the finals will be decided by a voting panel of “Superfins” while eight other hopefuls are eliminated once again.)

Cowell surprises himself with his Golden Buzzer selection
Mike E. Winfield, a comedian from season 17 of “AGT,” is back to wow the judges. He joked about his stepson, whom he refers to as “Peter Man” because of their similar ages, staying up too late. “I went around the corner to pick him up (from a party), I came home three hours later,” Winfield said. His wife said, “Michael, are you ‘drinking’?” I’m like, ‘We have some friends in common, everyone was there, he’s still there, I’m going to get him again.'”
“You are a ray of sunshine, and I love you,” Klum said. “You’re adorable.”
Cowell predicted if Winfield had performed the evening’s routine earlier, “it might have been a different story, because you came back more excited and more confident. I can even see it in your eyes that it’s for you now.” How meaningful.”
“It means everything,” Winfield said. This is what I want forever. I wanted ‘AGT’. I’ve been doing this for twenty years, and you’re not noticed, then you finally get a platform. There is no time to accelerate or brake. I’m here to play.”
Cowell, noting the audience’s love for the stand-up, gave him the Golden Buzzer. “You know what, Mike? I love, love, love people who compete, and I didn’t expect to do it, but I will,” Cowell said.

Saxophonist Avery Dixon hits all the right notes
Saxophonist Avery Dixon, the “AGT” Season 17 contestant who received the Golden Buzzer from then-host Terry Crews, returned Monday.
The young musician, who took up the saxophone after being teased about his voice, said he was competing for his mother: “I’m here to get that house and win it all.”
Dixon gave himself a fighting chance when he and his band performed a live rendition of Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” that brought the crowd to its feet.
“How do you do that!” She said with a smile.
Mandel praised Dixon’s evolution. “You took that step,” Mandel said. “You went from an amazing piece of talent to an amazing show. You’re a showstopper!”

Bear Khalsa is an almost invisible act for Cowell
Beer Khalsa, a group that performs dangerous stunts that first appeared in season 14, showed that it is ready for “All-Stars” Cowell was difficult to watch with a terrifying act.
For a moment, one blind member of the group of four put a sword and a shredded coconut around the neck of another member. “I can’t take it!” A concerned group said.
For another trick, the blindfolded member smashed coconuts and watermelons, marking his colleague’s body with a stick. “I can’t see,” Mandel said, putting his hands on his head in frustration.

As the sledgehammer came close to hitting the mud by the gang member’s head, Quill blinked. After swimming, Cowell, who had left the stage, asked, “Is he alive?”
For the group’s final feat, the blindfolded man chained an apple between the heads of the two partners.
“It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen,” Mandell said.
“When!” The word agreed. “It was exhausting to watch! You guys are insanely crazy, and wow—it was awesome. It was great. I couldn’t take my eyes off it.”
Cowell said the group will get their vote for the final.
Who chose the superpowers?
The crew, raising doubts about the panel’s selection, revealed their top 3 for the finale. (Note that they can only choose one action to progress.)
As much as Beer Khalsa impressed the judges, this group was nowhere to be found. The crew exposed Dixon; Karen Montero, a singer who won “Dominicana’s Got Talent” in 2021; And mind reader Peter Antonio from season 16 of “AGT,” who Cowell said was missing from the show, were the panel’s top picks.
But it was Dixon who took the fan vote to the next round.
