
Rotterdam launched some new Northern Europe trips from a new homeport city of RotterdamZuiderdam expands Iceland and Greenland ways, Bermuda returns
SEATTLE, December 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — For Holland America Line 2024 Europe season, the cruise line is adding several new itineraries that combine regions, increasing the number of voyages of 14 days or longer and improving Northern Europe with new ports of departure. From April to November a multitude of unique itineraries – ranging from seven to 35 days – will be available on two of the line’s Pinnacle Class ships, Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam, along with Oosterdam and Zuiderdam.

The four Holland America Line ships will cover the entire region on cruises designed for cultural immersion. Nine overnight ports and 33 late-night cities provide more time ashore and the ships explore the BalticThe British Isles, the Canary Islands, the French and Spanish rivieras, Israelthe Mediterranean and Northern Europeincluded Iceland, Greenland and Norway.

Nieuw Statendam offers Northern Europe trips to the Balticof Great Britain, Norway up to the North Cape, and the North Islands thereof Scotland and Iceland. Itineraries range from seven to 14 days and round trip from Copenhagentour around from Rotterdam or between Copenhagen and Rotterdam.

In May, sail 14-day Zuiderdam Northern Europe Cruise that explores Norway, Germany, Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Denmarkfollowed by a 21-day “Ultimate Viking Explorer” tour around Iceland, Greenland and Scotland, both round trips from Ijmuiden. The two itineraries can be combined to make a 35-day trip that includes 10 countries, 23 ports and is in a prime location for the summer solstice.

This event can be combined with Zuiderdam’s “Ultimate Viking Explorer” to create a 42-day Collectors Tour with 21 unique ports and 26 calls in total.
