OnePlus Buds Pro 2 to come with Google Android’s Spatial Audio support

OnePlus has confirmed that it will launch its flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 11 and next-generation true wireless earbuds – OnePlus Buds 2 Pro in India on February 7, 2023 in India. The company has now revealed that OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will set a new standard for spatial sound stability for Android users.
The company revealed that the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is one of the first TWS headphones to be adopted. GoogleThe signature spatial audio feature developed for Android 13. This creates a multi-dimensional experience within a pair of tiny headphones. Because of this, the sound always comes from a fixed position regardless of movement, with the same quality of 3D audio as in the cinema.

Using OnePlus’ spatial imaging algorithm and IMU sensor, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 take the spatial audio function to the next level, with added stability, compatibility with application expansions, and enabling other applications to use its technology.
The company further reveals that the Buds Pro 2 increases its efficiency with Android’s Fast Pair feature, which allows you to quickly connect to nearby Android devices with a single tap. With the Android audio switching feature, the Buds Pro 2 are able to connect to two Android devices at the same time and seamlessly switch the audio between them according to your actions, without the hassle of having to fiddle with Bluetooth settings.
OnePlus has already launched the Buds Pro 2 in China and is expected to launch the same variant in India.
Features of OnePlus Buds Pro 2
OnePlus Buds Pro 2 comes with Bluetooth version 5.3 and can work with both Android and iOS operating systems. The true wireless headphones come with Dolby Atmos spatial sound support and Dynaudio tuning function.
The wireless headphones come with an 11 mm dynamic driver and a 6 mm flat diaphragm. The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 offers pressure-sensitive controls for volume, track switching and call answering.
The latest OnePlus headphones also feature dual microphones for active noise cancellation and triple microphones for call noise cancellation. The true wireless headphones also come with binaural low-latency Bluetooth Transmission. The device also features a 54ms low latency mode for an immersive gaming experience.
The OnePlus Buds 2 Pro has an IPX4 rating, which makes it resistant to water and dust. The headphones have dual connections and easy switching between different devices.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2 also comes with an interesting cervical spine health feature that monitors your posture by monitoring your cervical spine pressure. The feature only works with ColorOS 11.0 powered smartphones.
The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 claims to offer a total of 39 hours of battery backup. The case also supports wireless charging.
