Remember the more dramatic TV mini-series jumpabout a neighborhood torn apart when a parent beats a kid who isn’t theirs at a party? drop, which is new on Hulu and produced by the Duplass brothers, is like that (sort of), except it’s a comedy featuring a couple, Lex and Manny (Anna Kunkel and Jermaine Fowler), who Participates in a heat marriage. The group of friends is devastated when Lex throws her friend’s baby in front of everyone and they become the focus of the episode.

New on HBO Max January 15: the last of us

HBO the last of us Based on the video game of the same name, it stars Pedro Pascal as Joel, a smuggler who takes young Ellie (Bella Ramsay) out of the quarantine zone after mutated fungi destroy the population and cannibalistic creatures. Longtime fans can keep an eye out for some of the original actors who starred in the game, including Meryl Dandridge reprising her role as Marilyn, Ashley Johnson who originally voiced Ellie and Appears on the show as Anna, and Troy Baker.
